What we collect

When you book or contact us we collect your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address and suburb, your order details, your chosen drop off day, and anything you write in a message. Payments are handled by our payment provider, so we do not see or store your full card details.

Why we collect it

To take and deliver your booking, collect our equipment, take payment, send your receipt and booking messages, answer your questions, and meet our tax and legal obligations. We only send promotional emails if you agree to them, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the people who help us run the service, such as our payment provider, our email provider, our website host and our delivery staff, and only as much as they need. We do not sell your personal information. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as the law requires, which is usually 7 years. Messages that are not about a booking are kept only as long as we need them.

Cookies and tracking

At the time of writing this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add website analytics or similar tools later, we will update this page.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where the law allows, by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, email us and we will respond within 10 business days. If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
