Common questions from businesses
How many tubs can you supply?
Tell us the number and your dates, and we will confirm what we can supply. Big jobs are planned around our stock, so the earlier you ask, the better.
Can you invoice my business?
Yes, we issue tax invoices with our ABN. Ask us about payment terms if you will hire regularly.
How long can we keep the tubs?
For a few days or for months. Standard hires run up to 6 months online, and for anything longer we quote to suit.
Do you deliver to several sites?
Ask us. If you are moving between locations, or want tubs delivered to more than one floor or site, put the details in the quote form.
Do you do deliveries outside the usual days?
Our standard drop offs are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For urgent or large jobs, mention your deadline in the form and we will tell you what is possible.
What about damage or missing tubs?
The same fair rules as our standard hire apply. Our terms of hire list the replacement prices, and we confirm them in your quote.
